DesignForums.co.uk Update 16/07/2008

Design Forums LogoApologies for the lack of updates over the last couple of weeks, its all gone crazy and I’ve been too busy with freelance projects to get any posts made - a good problem to be having!

I have however had chance to start on some early concepts for the DesignForums.co.uk logo and branding style, at the moment I’m just looking at very simple typography to form a clean, modern logo. I’m very cautious about getting too focused on one idea at this stage as its going to be difficult to please a lot of other designers! Not an easy project by any means. Here’s what I have so far…

I’ve posted them on a few private forum areas to start getting some early feedback, and feedback received so far is indicating that number 3 is the preferred option from this selection.     They all look great to me, Greg, maybe 2 or 3 are the cleanest. When will this project get started? I look forward to seeing it up and running.

    Hi Rob, thanks for your comment, and your views match the favourites so far. I’m hoping to finalise the logo over the next week, then following that the forum design and vBulletin or Vanilla theme coding, should be looking towards a late August launch.
