About
Since February 2008 I have been a full-time freelance designer, I love what I do as I have the privilege of working in a job which is also my greatest passion.
Working for a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurs to established businesses, design agencies to web developers, I get a great variety of projects and thoroughly enjoy the challenges they present.
Background
My career in design started back in 2005 when I started working for a local signmaker, I was with the company for just over a year in which time I had the opportunity to design graphics and logos for their clients. They gave me the task of putting together a website for their business; this is where my interest in web design started with a copy of FrontPage and a book on HTML.

Through my time working on signage and the company website I realized my real passion lied in graphic design & web design. I decided to leave my job and study design at University, in September 2005 I started the Graphic Media course at UCCA in Maidstone, Kent.
I learnt a huge amount in my time on the Graphic Media course, and as my passion in design grew I started to work on small freelance projects to develop my experience.

After leaving University I was fortunate to get a job with a local design agency, The Design Practice. I spent a year with the agency in which time I was able to develop my design skills and get real working studio experience.
In February 2008 I decided to take the jump to return to freelance projects and made the move to full-time freelance work.
Personal Projects
I have a great interest in business and entrepreneurial pursuits, and have been able to combine my design skills with my own personal projects, including my biggest project to date, DesignForums.co.uk.
